About

I am an Associate Professor of Mathematics and Retention Research Analyst at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, driven by two key values: innovation and efficiency in decision-making.

Whether building predictive models, improving reporting workflows, or structuring messy data into usable systems, I approach every project with the same mindset I bring to teaching mathematics—curiosity, creativity, and a commitment to building tools that are informative, actionable, and useful.

My passion is helping people learn and make better decisions through relevant, well-designed resources. I thrive on building efficient process that not only produce insight, but give others the understanding, motivation, and confidence to act wisely with the resources they’ve been given.

Recent Projects

  • Retention Analytics & Decision Modeling
    Developed predictive and descriptive models to identify at-risk populations, evaluate intervention strategies, and support policy-aligned decisions using decision thresholds, segmentation, and multi-stage predictive modeling.

    Built forecasting models and interactive dashboards to guide operational decisions under uncertainty, emphasizing interpretability, demand modeling, and operational usability.

  • Economic Network & Longitudinal Analysis
    Conducted community detection, core–periphery, and structural network analyses on international trade and longitudinal survey data to examine economic deglobalization trends and student growth outcomes (with Dr. Sakin Erin).
